The school holidays are the perfect time for children to take part in fun activities. For children whose mother tongue is not Dutch, this is also an opportunity to learn and practise the language during the holidays.
With this in mind, ‘de Rand’ and Oscarcrew are organising entertaining and educational Dutch workshops. The well-rounded programme is an opportunity to enjoy a unique weeklong experience of the Dutch language. The monitors will encourage the children to speak Dutch while they play, even though these workshops are not supposed to be language courses.

PRACTICAL INFO
- This is a Dutch language immersion for children from 6 to 10 years (children born in 2020 - 2019 - 2018 – 2017 – 2016).
- From Monday 17 August to Friday 21 August 2026. Children are expected at 8.45 a.m. Activities start at 9 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. Staff is on hand to look after the children from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Give your child a packed lunch, a drink and a cookie/fruit (10 a.m. and 16 p.m.) to bring along each day.
- Let your child wear clothes that are comfortable and that they can get dirty. They should be able to move around in them.
- Price: € 125 / child. The confirmation of your registration from receiving payment (via transfer). The registration fee also includes insurance.
